Your credit card number and account data will not be disclosed to the third party, all information entered online is retained for order processing purposes only.

We will not distribute customer information to be used in mailing lists, surveys, or any other purpose other than what is required to perform our services.

Money Back Guaranty

Please note that our company is not responsible for inaccurate information on recipient address, phone number etc. Flowers are perishable products so please make sure you have correct postal address and phone number before you place an order.  Please also make sure that the recipient of the merchandise is accessible for the order to be delivered.

We do refunds in all cases excluding: Inaccurate information on recipient which became the reason of order delivery delay, which caused eventual damage of perishable products. Recipient refused to accept merchandise from us for unknown reason. Recipient is not accessible for order delivery within 7 days term (2 days for perishable merchandise).

Customer placed an order and then decided to cancel it (within 7 days period of time).

The city or country for delivery is not Nikolaev, Ukraine.

If the recipient does not allow us to take picture or video on delivery then it's cost will not be refunded and it is possible to get picture or video on delivery of future order (in case recipient does not mind).

Returns and Cancellations

Due to law regulations, the customer can use his legal right of return or cancellation or exchange of goods within the 7 day period of time starting from the date of order placing. During this time you can cancel your order not stating the reason of return or cancellation. The money can be returned onto your account or by any other way listed on our web site. The payments made by the Western Union money transfer system can be refunded as well but the customer pays the transfer fee.

 We do refunds in all cases excluding:

Broken packaging;

Obvious outer physical damage, caused by different factors’ exposure;

Packaging arrangement breach (arrangement listed in the manual);

Unauthorized interference in the device and breach of the guarantee seals.

Please note that we deliver merchandise only in Nikolaev, Ukraine.

We acept your orders 7 days a week, and have following payment methods: Visa/MasterCard, banking transfer, Western Union payments, etc. please note, it may take up to 48 hours for the credit card transacion to be processed. Place your order at least 48-72 hours in advance of the date of delivery, especially before the public holidays and week ends.

We deliver the order to the address provided within 24-72 hours (depending on the kind of good ordered) from the time we get the conformation on payment from If you place an order paying by the western union money transfer system, we deliver the order when the payment is received. You may put the actual date of delivery in the form you fill in for the recipient data, greeting text, and actual date of delivery.

Please note that we recommend filling in all fields in the form for delivery (phone number, address, etc.) in order to avoid delays of delivery.
